You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the materials without prior written permission from Ceze Fitness LLC. You may use the materials for your personal use only. Disclaimer of Liability All materials sold by Ceze Fitness LLC and Cesar Barros are for informational purposes only. We are not licensed nutritionists or medical professionals and our materials should not be considered medical advice. Before beginning any workout or nutrition program, please consult with your physician. Refunds We offer a 14-day refund policy for all of our materials. If within the first 14 days of your initial purchase you are not happy or satisfied with any of your purchases from us (subscription and non-subscription services) for whatever reason, simply just request a full refund by contacting the Customer Support team. You will be refunded and your subscription will be cancelled. However if you have purchased a program during a promotional period and have redeemed that promotion (e.g. supplements, clothing, headphones) you are not eligible for a refund. Online Fitness Coaching Our online fitness coaching services are provided by Ceze Fitness Founder and Fitness Trainer, Cesar Barros. By signing up for online coaching, you agree to work with Cesar Barros and follow his instructions. Ceze Fitness LLC and Cesar Barros are not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur as a result of online coaching. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
